The Ineffable Rainbow

Violet reigns her elixir

In azure skies, her mind drifts

Lost in a fantasy of fluttering butterflies.

Indigo, her song rings

Bluebirds echo her passion

And in snow, she finds her strength.

Blue is her ambrosia

Freshly picked blueberries, her nectar

In them, she finds catharsis.

Green grows her euphoria

Her tranquil eyes gleam emerald 

She stands taller than every oak.

 

Yellow, her heart races

Her language is the sun

And sunflowers her aurora. 

Orange lives her soul

Autumn embodies her serendipity

Fragrant daisies, the future is hers.

Red, her world marches

Never as ethereal as a twilight rose

But always as fierce as its thorns
