Things I Love about India

There's nothing like enjoying a hearty cup of chai after a tiresome day; it is an eternal fountain of comfort and one of the many things I love about India. Chai is India's love language. Whether you're pale and sick or just got a huge promotion, a hot cup of chai is how we express our love. That's not to say India doesn't have some other great cuisines. For me, Delhi's golgappas are an unmatched spring of joy, and Hyderbad's biriyani gets my heart singing.

However, what I love the most about India is its diversity. India has an unparalleled heterogeneity in languages, art forms, and religion. We celebrate ourselves and our culture in a myriad of ways, be it through Eid, Diwali, or Christmas. It's this very diversity that leads to India's teeming architectural styles and exuberant dance forms, and it's this diversity that is the soul of India.
